Starting with EasyAccess version 4.0, the cluster database must be a separate external database server running either MySQL or MSSQL. The database server could be installed on the same computer as one of the EasyAccess server nodes but is best located on a separate computer. Both EasyAccess servers in a cluster will communicate with the database based on the parameters set in their /config/boot.json configuration file.
