The Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) is a link state routing protocol used within large Autonomous System (AS) networks as an Interior Gateway Protocol (IGP). This plugin classifies both version 2 (IPv4 only) and version 3 (named OSPF for IPv6) of the protocol.
